Don’t tell me it’s not true because again I’ll be upset that I’m the only one having trouble with my music collections.

You can repair your MP3s, you can trim them to exact size (removing the silence part before and after the file – that if you recorded the file from another source). You can also search your MP3s and make lists. Furthermore, you can export your lists to different file formats including Excel and Access. You can also set your own filters, can automatically fix the character case, can batch rename files, can recognize MP3s and rename them even if they have a different extension.
